SHIPPING POLICY
Here at the Aestacia Luxe we are dedicated to making sure your orders reach their destination in a time efficient and effective manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when the UPS or USPS is closed.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Thurs) and then shipped.
Items that are not ready to ship or custom ordered will be processed as indicated in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.
If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.
Extreme Temperatures
Soy and natural waxes are sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.
Damaged in Transit
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office or UPS. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.
Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Aestacia Luxe at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s) that are unusable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but it appears the package may have actually been stolen. Please make arrangements to contact the shipping carrier within 24-48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but you do not receive the package.
There are also instances where USPS holds the package for pickup but does not leave a notice or delivers to the wrong address. Check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding your package for pickup.
Shipping Promotions
The least expensive shipping option will be utilized, regardless of what is selected at check out, for orders using a free shipping promotion or discount.
Special Orders and Wholesale Orders
These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract. Wholesale and special orders are not eligible for any other
shipping offers or promotions unless specifically stated.
Pickup Options
Online orders may be picked up at an agreed location, if Pick Up has been selected as your delivery method. Upon the completion of processing your pickup order, we will notify you via phone or email to confirm your order is ready for pickup and arrange a location for pick up. Orders placed during open hours will often be ready in 1-2 business days. Exceptions may apply.
